I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet residential area away from the bustling city center. The hotel itself was in a quiet neighborhood and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities were great, with an in-room safe, television, and telephone. The dining facilities, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were excellent. The staff really made me feel welcome and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

They had parking spots right in front of the hotel.

We booked a 2 double bed rooms and received 2 twin bed rooms instead, after complaining they found only 1 double bed room. On Jan 1st, the hotel bar and restaurant were closed for the whole day without any notification. And the fact that it smelled of cigarette smoke all over despite the signs prohibiting it. 4 stars is way overrated for this hotel.

Although not far from the city center, the lcoation is not the best if you want to use public transport. If you travel by car however, it's great that you can park for free at night on some of the nearby streets.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable environment for me and my family. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, with a room-safe and fridge for added convenience. The location was in a very good district of the city, close to a supermarket and the main road where buses run from, making it very convenient for transportation. The breakfast offered at the hotel was reasonably good, surpassing my expectations compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The staff members were friendly and provided first-class service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The price was great. The hotel is rated as a four star, I would think three star. It's a typical European hotel and most American travelers may be surprised at the little differences. I prefer European style hotels now that I have lived here a while. The location was close to the bus stop only around the corner.

The neighborhood is an average income European apartment area. I didn't mind but some may. The hotel was advertised as a 4 star. It was a nice place but I'm not sure where that 4th star came from. The reserved parking is a lot. Not much security.

The location was not ideal for tourists as it took a long time to get to the city center. the staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests with their needs.

Location because it is located in very between the City Centre but looks as it is a bit far like also attatched with the Residental areas,although Bus Station is very very near like 2 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Please try to make your Breakfast with different varities and rest in my Opinion your Hotel is very good and perfect.

During my business trip, I stayed in a budget hotel that exceeded my expectations with great value for money. The hotel was conveniently located near the public transport system and had good access to the main parts of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making it easy for me to check-in and helped me buy tickets to use the transport system. The breakfast provided was basic but good enough to start the day with good coffee and freshly baked items.

the room was not equipped with enough amenities to make the stay more comfortable. The furniture was basic, and there were no additional amenities like a fridge or microwave, making it difficult to store or prepare food.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel with my wife and 1 year old. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy. The breakfast was reasonably good, better than most hotels I have stayed at in Prague. The staff members were friendly and first class in their service, you could tell it was a family run hotel.

At times I could smell smoking, maybe from other nearby rooms, which is a pity, but a trend in Prague. Transportation in Prague is very good. We were just a bus ride away from Florenc or Flora, but at times I would have liked to be nearer the city centre or the old town with restaurants and shops.
